Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a clinical health science and profession that aims to rehabilitate and improve people with musculoskeletal and movement disorders by using evidence-based and natural methods.

Initial physiotherapy assessment is of 40 minutes duration and will involve your physiotherapist fully assessing your condition. Once a diagnosis is made, your physiotherapist will work with you to develop an appropriate treatment plan. Exercise may be prescribed for you to complete between treatment sessions.

Follow up sessions are of approximately 35 minutes duration depending on your particular injury or ailment. Throughout your treatment your physiotherapist will continually evaluate your progress and modify treatment where necessary.
