CHHEN Chann Nary graduated in psychology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh. During her university program, she gained broad knowledge of assessment tools and planning procedure from her favorite subject Psychological Assessment.
During her studies she interned at various places to apply her knowledge in psychology. At the start of the final year of her studies, Nary was personally selected by our Speech Therapist, Clara, due to Nary’s outstanding knowledge and practical skills, to be trained as our Khmer Speech Therapist at Physiotherapy Phnom Penh.
Her work focus lies in working with children and adolescents with special needs as she has been doing this since December 2020. Nary gets a lot of fulfilment out of helping all her clients to achieve their maximum potential. During her treatments Nary uses positive reinforcement, play-based therapy and an ABA approach to help push a child’s development, especially the language development.
