Clinical Pilates is a combination of traditional Pilates and evidence based physiotherapy research on spinal and joint stability.  Lack of stability and strength has been linked to low back pain, neck pain and joint pain. Clinical Pilates uses a safe method of exercising to regain your strength and stability and reduce pain. 

Clinical Pilates is great for:

  • Neck and Upper Back pain

  • Improving posture

  • Sports injuries

Our classes are run by a qualified physiotherapist and have a maximum of 5 people in each class. Low class numbers ensure that each participant is performing the exercises correctly and allows for personal modification of exercises depending on current pain or injuries. 

Private Clinical Pilates
We also offer 45 min private clinical Pilates sessions for individuals that would prefer a private session.
