“Fit Back” is a combination of key elements of the traditional Clinical Pilates Method and evidence based physiotherapy research on spinal and joint stability.  Lack of stability and strength has been linked to low back pain, neck pain and joint pain. Our “Back Fit” classes are run by our certified Physio Team. Therefore we ensure this is a safe method of exercising to regain your strength and stability and reduce pain.

Our classes are run by qualified physiotherapists and have a maximum of 5 participants. Low class numbers ensure that each participant is performing the exercises correctly and allows for personal modification of exercises depending on current pain or injuries.
