Marcel Franke graduated from the Rotterdam University of Appplied Sciences in 1996 with a bachelors degree in Physiotherapy.
After completing his study, Marcel worked for 5 years as a physiotherapist with mentally and physically disabled people. After this period he worked for almost 11 years in his own private practice in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Later on he "specialized" in rehabilitation physiotherapy for the elderly after (orthopeadic) surgery and those suffering from multiple injuries and diseases.
During his entire professional career Marcel has been active as well as a physiotherapist working for several Dutch football clubs, helping the players through injury prevention and rehabilitation back on the pitch. Besides football Marcel likes sports in general and has a special interest in (kick)boxing and boot camp
Marcel has completed courses in NSA (Neck Shoulder Arm), CNA (Central Neurological Disabilities) SJC (low back pain). His professional interests lie in (sport related) injuries, rehabilitation after trauma & surgery and Neck/Shoulder
Marcel considers and respects every patient as an individual: "Every one is unique in their own way". He strives by motivating and supporting his clients to help them and bringing relief to their physical ailments and complaints. He strongly believes in a hands-on approach!
Marcel biggest passion is traveling. On his journeys he has visited lots of countries all around the globe. It is especially for this reason that he chose Cambodia as his next destination, an interesting place to work at and in his free time the chance to explore the Kingdom of Wonder.
